KTS Foundation aims to enhance mental health awareness and treatment by offering essential life necessities, including food, clothing, shelter, transportation, mentorship, and employment assistance, to underserved children and adults contending with mental health disorders. This holistic approach recognizes that the absence of these basic needs can hinder the effective addressing of mental health issues.

Services
Our 6 month housing program takes the stressors of homelessness, while allowing residents to manage their mental health and assist with establishing independence in housing, transportation, and employment.
Housing Program
Our Therapeutic Afterschool Program and Therapeutic Summer Camp assembles students, provides meals, mentorship, tutoring and enrichment activities while our partner, KTS Mental Health Group, provides behavioral health counseling.
Student Focused Services
KTS Foundation provides non-perishables (and perishables when the opportunity arises) and clothing year around, while providing backpacks, school supplies, coats, holiday meals and toys seasonally.

Foundation Programs
The Therapeutic Afterschool Program assembles students to provide a safe environment to receive therapy, meals, and mentorship. Enrollees of the program attend enrichment and reward opportunities in the form of field trips.
Therapeutic Afterschool Program
KTS Foundation Transitional Housing gives homeless women and their children shelter for a 6 month period. Our program focuses on helping families establish financial independence, mental health support, entitlements and transportation in a supported capacity.
Transitional Housing Program
Before the school year starts, KTS Foundation gives away back packs and school supplies for students in need. Schools in communication with our foundation reach out with the number of backpacks needed and our volunteers fill them up with notebooks, pencils, rulers, glue and other school supplies fit for grade school students.
Backpack and School Supply Drives
Branching from our Therapeutic Afterschool Program, KTS Foundation's Therapeutic Summer Camp gathers at-risk children from low income families, typically unable to afford summer camp. Campers participate in enrichment activates, field trips, regular trips to the pool, and end-of -summer rewards, all while receiving therapy.
